Project Description:
Aquent’s 30,500SF office design features high-end finishes, exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and conference and touch-down spaces that deliver distinctly unique aesthetics through the use of differing textures, materials and furnishings.
Challenges included working in a building where multiple tenant fit-ups were simultaneously being conducted, along with the renovation of the building’s lobbies, requiring the sequencing and coordination of the building’s freight elevator with other contractors for loading material – critical to maintaining project schedule. The fast-track schedule required strict adherence to procurement identification and release dates. The team utilized pull planning for the analysis and execution of the AV/Tel Data package, ensuring special focus was paid to coordination, equipment requirements, and identification of hardwired and wireless equipment and cable to avoid costly delays and moves.
