Project Description:
The third expansion for Cambridge Associates required the relocation  10 125 High Street for the fit-out 170,000SF, on 7 floors, in just 5 months 1 week.  The speed in which CA required the project to be delivered necessitated a fully integrated team effort.  The use of BIM to develop the design model facilitated communication, highlighted areas that could be fast-tracked, and allowed for additional time to resolve some of the more exacting details associated with furnishings layout and A/V.  Early Release of the mechanical subcontractors to allow for the development of the mechanical model, defined the trade sequencing, identified pre-existing conditions, and resolved clash and coordination issues, virtually – prior to the start of construction, when significant costs would have resulted.
