Project Description:
The relocation of EBay/PayPal into the Financial District marked the migration of many tech companies from Cambridge. Just 10 weeks from contract signing to occupancy, this 60,000SF fit-out was conducted in a fully occupied building, with tenants above and below. Coring through the concrete slab, to manage the sophistical tel/data requirements of the Client, took place off-hours as the work is noisy, and disruptive. Coordination of materials deliveries and loading dock use, with building management, and several other General Contractors working within the facility, was necessary to maintain project momentum.
