Project Description:

This 15,000SF fit-out included private and open offices, huddle and conference rooms as well as communal spaces and specialty amenities including; coffee bars, a café, and mother and wellness rooms, designed to encourage use and promote communication and ensure the employees feel invested in. Key challenges included coordination of a blended new and existing MEP system, and the use of a Snap-Tex Ceiling Acoustical Fabric Mounting System requiring the integration of the lighting within the fabric system.
